I had a hard time figuring out what to actually trust from the site. It mentions a lot of big health benefits, but I didn’t see much clear proof or simple explanation behind them. What confused me even more was that the email I got seemed to say something a little different than what was on the site, so I wasn’t sure which info was accurate. Maybe I missed something, but overall it felt vague. I’d definitely want more transparency before buying

Everything I got was fresh, which I almost didn’t expect because you never know what’s really going on behind the scenes with these deliveries. The dates were good, nothing smelled stale, and none of the packs were broken, so I’ll give them that. Delivery took a bit longer than I was hoping, and part of me wonders if my box was just sitting somewhere in a warehouse while they pretended it was “in transit,” but who knows. Overall, happy with it.
